Rana Safvi is a writer, blogger, and translator. She is a firm believer in India`s distinct civilisational legacy and pluralistic culture, which she chronicles in her writings, podcasts, and videos. Her important works include In Search of the Divine: Living Histories of Sufism in India, Tales from the Quran and Hadith, and The Delhi Trilogy: Where Stones Speak. She also writes regularly for various national newspapers and magazines. She has translated both editions of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan’s seminal work on Delhi, Asar-us-Sanadid, Dastan-e-Ghadar, and four accounts of 19th & 20th century Delhi, into English.
