Dr Thomas George K is an engineer turned trainer and edupreneur. He began his career with a startup and transitioned to soft-skill training. In 2011, he launched his dream project, the LEAD (Leadership & Entrepreneurship Academy, Dhoni) School of Management, the first residential business management school in Palakkad. He was awarded numerous honours for his significant contribution to management and entrepreneurship, including the title "Master of Management" from Stimulus Research Services International and World of Business Magazine, Hong Kong.
