Premkumar is an Indian actor known for his roles in Malayalam films during the 1990s. He is notable for his roles in Telefilms. After completing his education, he joined the School of Drama and from there, he passed with first rank. Premkumar's telefilm "Lambo" which was telecast on Doordarshan Malayalam Channel in the 90's brought him to the acting scene. He won the Kerala State TV Award for Best Actor in 1990 for his performance in this critically acclaimed film. Premkumar has been in the acting industry for over thirty years. He has acted in more than 150 films. He is also the author of numerous articles in periodicals.
