K C Narayanan is an eminent critic and media person. He formerly served as the editor in charge of Malayala Manorama Year Books, Bhashaposhini and other publications. His noted works include Malayaliyude Rathrikal and Baliyapalinte Padangal. He received the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award for Best Critic for the book Malayalyude Raathrikalal.
