Ganga Dileep C is an urban designer, architect, and founder of the design practice `recycle bin`. Her practice inculcates multiple disciplines into architecture, where built spaces become a product of social and political processes. She has spearheaded the movement for public toilets on a national scale. Her `kakkoos` app and the conduct of multiple `toilet festivals` remain powerful tools in shaping a movement in the domain of sustainable development with public participation. She is currently heading the `lifeline project` focusing on slum redevelopment in Chennai. Ganga has curated art processes as a response to societal issues through her works, `museum of habitual errors` and `kutty.com`. Her practice has worked with a variety of public sector organizations, including the United Nations Development Program, to develop novel approaches to shaping public spaces and their translations.
