Ignacio Vitórica Hamilton is the First Secretary at the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi – Cultural, Education and Press Attaché (India). He was the Secretary General at the National Commission for the Commemorations of New Spain and the Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Spain in Niamey and Sarajevo.
