Remo Fernandes is a singer and musician known as a pioneer of Indian pop music. His musical work is a fusion of many different cultures and styles, such as Goan, Portuguese, Sega, African, Latin, and Jamaican music. Fernanades has received numerous awards, including the Padma Shri. His book, Remo: The Autobiography of Remo Fernandes, is published by HarperCollins.
