Narayana Bhattathiri is a Calligrapher, illustrator and artist. For over four decades, he has done illustrations for a wide spectrum of books, magazines, and journals in many languages. Narayana Bhattathiri is the first Malayali to receive the title calligrapher, and he works for the advancement of Calligraphy as an art. He is a recipient of the Jikji Excellence Award in International Calligraphy for 2017, 2018, and 2020. He is also the Festival Director of the First National Calligraphy Festival of Kerala, KaChaTaThaPa.
