Abin Joseph is an award-winning short story writer. His first collection of short stories, Kalyassery Thesis, won numerous awards, including the Kendra Sahitya Akademi Yuvapuraskar and the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Geethahiranyan Endowment. His second collection is titled Arival Chuttika Nakshatram.
