Dr P V Unnikrishnan is a Member Secretary of the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council and Ex-officio Secretary to Government. He has a unique combination of academic, research, government, professional, and consulting experience spanning 36 years. He held important positions such as Strategic Advisor to the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council, Independent Director in charge of Information Technology at Kerala State Financial Enterprises Ltd. (KSFE), and Joint Director for the Centre for Development of Imaging Technology, among many others. He won several national and international awards, including the Data-Quest e-governance Champions Award and the Microsoft e-gov Award for Delivery Excellence. He has several publications in e-gov, energy, dev studies.
